  • 1 (1-oz) packet taco seasoning
  • ½ loving cup water
  • 1 (ten-oz) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 (10-oz) can Rotel tomatoes and diced green chiles, undrained
  • 12 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 6- oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a ix×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set up aside.
